Please notice, we have adjusted the process for requesting modification / user exits / etc.
The old process worked fine for a few requests in a year. But the number of request has increased over the last years.
What has changed for you:
Instead of sending the request to Tom, David and me, you have to create an Ticket in the category "SAP - Basis / Technical / General Service - OSS Notes/Nbr.Ranges/Cross Clnt"
The BPM/SM approval (that they agree to implement that request) has also to be added to the ticket.
We will then track the request from there and also all communication will be via the ticket.
